OMG Kayla is soo pretty!!

ok so this is getting old I am sure

I just do not know how to handle other peoples mood swings. So I am asking for your help.

So i told you about Jessie possibly making me director maybe. Well yesteray she starts talking about how we might have to closethe preschool because of what people are trying to do with our parking lot.

SO I need to learn how to not let things effect me to the point that I get mad at people. When I left work she seemed emotional but ok. then I came back to pick up my kids and tried to talk to her abotu the newsletter and i was waiting while she talked to a parent but she wouldn't even accnowledge me at all. So I just left them instead of trying to talk. SO all last night I was mad with her and vented to aaron but it did not help this time. SO what do I do????

OK off to work now. UGH SOOOO tired. :(

ok this is just between you and me

So there is a chance that I will become the director at the preschool. Yea like wow!!!


After everything in the last 2 weeks Jessie and I were just chatting and she asked me how I would feel abotu becomeing the director. She may have found an advising position she willl most likely take if it is truely offered to her. THis would still be far off and lots of training involved but it would be a great experience. Not to mention the extra $500 a month I would make.

SO I just wanted to share this with you guys. I am really hoping this happens so I can have the experience and see what that is like. Well I will keep you updated on that.

Spring concert

These are pictures of Cherise and Maddy after they are all ready for their spring concert. Its a rock concert so I tried to make it look "cool". I added pink to both of thier do's but it is hard to see in these pics.

I am sure that I will get some pics of the concert to put on here later.

things are better now

So I talked to Lynzie yesterday and I think we worked things out. I am very glad. I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. Now if I coult get through Jessie and see what the heck is going on with her. SHe doesn't share I I feel that its because she may feel like she is suppost to have all the burdens becasue she is the boss. I may not beable to do alot to help but I am a good listener and I have strong shoulders if they are needed. SO I am going to see how today goes and try and make sure that I am open for Jessie.

I thought I had authority over the girls and was an asset to jessie and I found out that yea I am an asset but its most likely cause I do a bunch of stuff for free

Well, my advice would be if things don't go the way you hope it will, would be to reevaluate YOUR feelings.

Yeah that does make a differance.but it really comes down to how YOU react to things and how YOU can either ignore things that bother you .or find out why it bothers you and if you can change your reaction to it.

Sometimes. What bothers us the most is our perseption of the things around us.

If we examine our persecption and find that our reactions are not as they should be, then we can work on changeing them.

If we find that our reaction is correct for that situation then we have to try to chang the situation. if we can't then it is time to come up with a differant alturnative.

In any relationship, marrage or work or friendship. It is only up to YOU how you will react in any given situation. YOU decide how to take a phrase or action. YOU decide how much something will affect you.

I've found that a lot of my reactions have changed since I realized that MY reactions were out of line to what was going on. I also found that the closer to Heavenly Father I got, the more I was able to look into myself and change the things that were causing me to react with emotion instead of logic.

And trust me it hasn't been easy.

Thank you mom. I really think my perspective is off on this situation. And with this advise I think I will beable to put it back in perspective and make changes according to that.

Oliver our new Kitten

He is very gentle and very patient and seems to love tobe held alot of the time. He is crazy when it comes to play and loves his treats, laser pointer and cuddles. He is a great addition to our family.

He was born on March 8th so he is right now just over 2 months old.
