How do you rebuild a friendship? I think first I have to go slow. I don't think I want to get together all the time anyway. But it is hard to over come the hurt...really hard. I really want though to have a better relationship...the question though is does she want that? I am not sure. i still think she doesn't like she said but I dont know. I guess i will just have to stick to step one....Take it slow.

Well If that friendship is so strong it would rebuild itself with out words. I have that type of friendship with my friends nicki. we fight but that's part of being friends and we make up not like any one else. so our friendship is very special.
I thought my friend and I were very close but then she got a boyfriend and decided our friendship didn't matter to her. I seemed to be the only one making effort to be friends. Luckily I have other friends and realised how important to me they are

I think that before you start rebuilding anything, you have to be 100% sure that this is what you want - you don't want to commit yourself to rebuilding this friendship just to realize that you were better off without it. You also can't force something on the other person if they don't want it. If I were you, I would take some time to think over the whole situation but if this is what you want then definitely try to fix things. It might take a while but a good friendship is something that everyone should have. Like you said, take it slow. I'm sure things will work out for the best!
Its hard to rebuild a friendship that has been broken, but if the friendship is worth it, it will take time but you will work hard to rebuild it, because a good friendship is one of the best things you can have :)
